Stress, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression
If you are experiencing too much stress in your life, it’s probably making you feel anxious. Anxiety is a feeling of apprehension and uncertainty. Believe it or not some anxiety is normal and healthy. Chronic, and continuous worry, however, is not. Everyone experiences some anxiety even on a daily basis but some people with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) experience constant anxiety which often has no apparent cause. They wake up feeling anxious and can never pinpoint a direct cause and the anxiety never seems to disappear throughout the day.
Panic attacks can start for many reasons such as stress, overworking, bereavement, childbirth etc. They can be very frightening and can appear to be unpredictable and random. Often you will then begin to associate the panic attack with the activity or place you were in when you experienced it and as a result you begin to avoid those places or activities at all costs. If left untreated, panic attacks can be very disabling and frustrating.
Modern-day living frequently promotes heightened stress and anxiety levels, sometimes causing a feeling of being completely overwhelmed and unable to cope. Stress, anxiety and panic can often lead to depression and can be mentally and physically very debilitating often affecting your physical and mental health, your relationships, your performance at work and your life in general. Using a combination of Hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP and EFT, I can help you to overcome these feelings and learn coping strategies to regain a balanced state of mental and physical health. I can help you by working with your subconscious mind so that it automatically switches off the anxiety response when it is not required and also by changing the way your subconscious mind perceives situations. Learn how to feel more physically relaxed, mentally calmer, altogether more confident, much more positive and feeling stronger and in more control of your life. I have the skills to help you start living the life you deserve and desire.
