I am one of the North West’s leading practitioners consulting in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, based in Ormskirk, Lancashire. As an integrative therapist, trained to Masters Level in what are widely regarded as the most cutting-edge, effective and accelerated therapies, I ensure my clients receive the best possible therapy with the minimum cost. As a result, my sessions are often longer and more in-depth than the average and my professional approach really sets me apart.

I believe each client deserves a unique treatment programme to meet their individual needs. Within my personal approach to treatment, I use hypnotherapy and psychotherapy in conjunction with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) to deliver a gentle but powerful approach to therapy. In order to maximise success, I do not use a one size fits all format in terms of treatment. Instead, in my busy practice in Ormskirk my aim with each and every client is to tailor a unique treatment programme which specifically meets your individual needs. No individual is the same, no problem is the same, and therefore, no treatment path is the same.

As well as providing in-session help, my aim is to teach you life long self-help skills which you can use whenever you choose and I’ll provide you with a free hypnotherapy CD to encourage you to practise hypnosis between sessions.
